I’ve noticed some increasing discomfort in my left hand, which I believe is caused by my day job. I’ve been shopping one too many grocery items it appears. To make sure this discomfort doesn’t escalate into something more serious, I’m trying an experiment to change my own behaviour and notice what I’m doing that might be causing this issue.
