- released after recording the Audio Version
- fixed several typos and formatting mishaps
- the auto-corrected “ideal conduit” is now an “ileal conduit”

- corrected a reference to my ileostomy in “The Penultimate Surgery”
- minor clarifications in “Where are you from”
- removed stray double-space characters
- removed stray empty lines
- removed 6 empty pages, saving trees and a whopping 3.6c per copy in printing cost
- added a nice title page to the Kindle Edition

- replaced cover image with a much darker version
- this makes the title and back cover text more readable

We had to deliver this version by 8pm on June 30th to meet the release deadline, so that the Kindle Edition could be live on the 4th of July. We did it with 6 minutes to spare…
